I started
practicing yoga recently in
my quest to get in shape, get energized and feel balanced. In the
first few weeks I was instantly hooked and having the supportive
coaching from all of the instructors made it easy. So I didn’t
hesitate when there was the opportunity to join the Yoga Boot Camp that
was offered. It was advertised as a 30 day challenge that would
transform, not only your body, but also your mind.
Well, 30 days later
after some intense work out sessions it has delivered great results
that superseded the expectations. Since joining Yoga Boot Camp I
have lost 4
inches off my hips , lowered my body fat percentage and lost 10 pounds!
More importantly I feel great and have received valuable advise on
incorporating healthier eating habits(all included as part of the
Boot
Camp). On top of everything else I have found the rewards and pleasures
of being able to see results in such a short period of time and have
established a mindset, with the help of the meditation sessions, that

Hot Box Yoga Boot camp
is a process of transforming your body through a 6 days a week
conditioning which encouraged a more real life style change.
Conditioning the body is essential for propelling you forward to make
real changes from ones normal life style activities.
The Hot Box Yoga Boot Camp Change Program is a boot camp program for
beginners and those who want to see better results. It is a
program for individuals who need to lose 20-100 pounds. The Boot Camp
functions not only as a body makeover, but also as a step towards
wellness for those individuals stuck in unhealthy lifestyles and eating
patterns. This fitness program strives to help people break free from
their destructive relationships with food and gain confidence and
control when it comes to their food choices.
Because this program focuses on lifestyle changes, we recommend longer
programs for you to fully adapt your new behaviors and attitudes. The
longer one participates, the more results can be obtained this
program runs from four weeks to several months in length. The Core
classes are designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and build strength; yoga
classes keep the body flexible and helps with endurance during the core
class; nutrition guidance helps with food choices; meditation classes
keep you focused on your intention to get fit, cooking classes teach
you meal planning and
nutritional goals and a whole lot more.
3 Days of Core Boot Camp: you will focus on getting in shape with
one hour core workout and a thirty minute meditation; Monday/Wednesday
nights 6:00pm-7:30pm and
Saturday10:30am-12pm
3 Days of Yoga Classes: Choose three alternate days of yoga.
Take a heated yoga class, regular non-hot classes, or gentle yoga
on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, or Sunday.
